The Georgetown Visitor Center is located at 531 Front Street, Georgetown, SC 29440 (building is in front of Harborwalk Marina). They have maps of the downtown historic district and offer suggestions of what to do in Georgetown during your visit. Tel: 843-546-8436.

Heading South on 17 from Myrtle Beach / Litchfiled / Pawleys Island:
Once you go over the second bridge heading into Georgetown, get in the left hand lane and go through 2 traffic lights and the blinking light. Go 5 blocks down and turn left onto Broad Street. Broad Street will take straight to the waterfront and to the center of the Historic Downtown area.

Heading North on 17 from Charleston / Mount Pleasant:
Once you go over the bridge into Georgetown stay in right hand lane. At first traffic light take a right onto Front St. Front Street will take you to the waterfront and the center of the Historic Downtown area.

Heading South on 701 from Conway:
Once you arrive in Georgetown continue on 701 until it merges with 17 south / Fraser St. Go straight and get in left hand lane. You will turn left onto Front Street by the railroad tracks. Front Street will take you to the waterfront and the center of the Historic Downtown area.
